The year has kicked off. School. Projects. Lots of activities beginning. Already, it can feel like the
holidays were something in the distant past.
新的⼀年开始了。学校，各种项⽬，许多活动开始了。假期已经成为遥远的过去。
I wonder if our lives can become so full of activity and yet be completely empty of purpose.
我在想，我们的⽣活是否充斥了许多活动，却⼜完全没有⽬标？
Do you ever wonder where all this activity is leading? What is it all about? Why it is that you wake up
in the morning to face another day? Most of us don’t allow ourselves to live with these feelings/these
questions very long. We just busy ourselves again and never think about purpose and vision.
你有没有想过，这些活动都是为了什么？这⼀切都是为了什么？为什么早上醒来要⾯对新的⼀
天？⼤多数⼈都不会让⾃⼰在这些感觉（这些问题）中存留太久。我们只是忙忙碌碌，从不思
考⼈⽣的⽬的和远景。
One of my favourite stories is told by theologian Soren Kierkegaard. He says - Imagine that geese can
talk. Imagine they had gathered for church just like we do. Every Sunday they would meet together
and a great gander would preach about the joys of flying, the adventures to be had in far-away lands,
about how they didn’t belong in the barn. Each Sunday after the service, the geese would thank the
great gander… and then - they would waddle back to their barn … until the next Sunday where the
cycle would begin all over again: they would hear the joys about flying and the adventures to be had
in faraway lands. Then after thanking the great gander they would waddle off to the barn! They never
flew because life in the barn was what they knew. Kierkegaard finishes his story by telling us how they
grew fat, plump and were eventually consumed!
神学家 索伦·克尔凯郭尔（Soren Kierkegaard）讲过⼀个我很喜欢的故事。他说：“想象⼀下，鹅

Activity and purpose! We are created for more than just activity!
活动与⽬的！ 我们被创造的⽬的不仅仅是参加各种活动！
It’s why Jesus broke into our barn-like existence. He came into our fast paced world where people
were preoccupied with what’s in front of them. His purpose was to invite people into a relationship
with him and invite them to experience the adventure of mission: A purpose driven life. To soar –
rather than waddle at the farm.
这就是耶稣闯⼊我们”农场“般⽣活的原因。 祂来到我们这个快节奏的世界，在这⾥⼈们只关注
眼前的事物。祂的⽬的是邀请⼈们与祂建⽴关系，邀请⼈们经历这⼀特殊使命：建造⽬的导向

He invited them to be part of a bigger story, often described as the great commission:
Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore,
go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and
the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of
this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”/ Matthew 28:18-20
耶稣邀请我们参与⼀个更⼤的故事，这个故事通常被描述为”⼤使命“：

The idea is that these first followers of Jesus – or disciples - would go out and engage with others in a
way that others would become what they were – followers of Jesus/ disciples of Jesus.
这⾥字⾯理解是，耶稣的第⼀批追随者（⻔徒），要⾛出去，与其他⼈接触，让其他⼈也成为
耶稣的追随者（⻔徒）。
There is actually one verb /action word in the original language. That’s ‘make disciples.’
原⽂中实际上只有⼀个动词。那就是‘使万⺠作⻔徒’。
All these other words are participles which show us how we make disciples. That is by Going.
Baptising and Teaching . These are all participles that derive their force from the main verb – ‘make
disciples.’ In other words, it’s not just about you following Jesus but you engaging with others to help
them follow Jesus.
其他词都是分词，告诉我们如何使⼈成为⻔徒：‘去’、‘施洗’、‘教导’。这些都是分词，它们的

You see, people are going about their day – unaware of the kingdom of God that is breaking into this
world. Yet there you are. You are a citizen of a different kingdom with a holy calling to point people to
Jesus and His new kingdom by the distinctive way you live your life. The choices we make, the way we
do business, our family priorities. The things we say. This affects all of us in every way.
⼈们每天都在忙忙碌碌，没有意识到上帝国度的存在。然⽽，我们在这⾥，我们是⼀个不同国
度的公⺠，肩负着神圣的呼召，以独特的⽣活⽅式，将⼈们引向耶稣和祂的新国度。我们所做

Today, I’m sharing our church vision for these next five years.
今天，我要分享我们教会未来五年的异象。
If you’re new here– heads up – this is especially focused on people who call Gracecity their home.
But, it’s a great day you’ve chosen to connect because you will hear what we are about and what we
are seeking to achieve. You might not be a person of faith – but this is your chance to get behind the
scenes and see what we are about – and why we about it.

Before we talk about our specific 5-year vision, we need to remind ourselves of what we’re about.

After all, a healthy vision flows from a clear understanding of our purpose
毕竟，健康的异象源于对我们⽬标的清晰认识。
Otherwise, we can surround ourselves with activity after activity that can actually lead us away from
what we’re trying to achieve. And we can think we’re doing well based on some faulty measure of
success.

Let me illustrate:

LAUNCH PAD

This has to be one of the ugliest buildings ever built. It's the launchpad at NASA in Florida.

Compare it with this one – Disneyland.
相对⽐，这是迪斯尼乐园的图⽚。
If success is measured by beauty – NASA is a complete failure. It’s not going to get any awards on The
Block anytime soon!

It’s not that the launch pad didn’t have a lot of professionals involved in its design.
It’s not that there weren’t trained engineers or designers.
It’s not that they ran out of money and didn't complete the job.

也不是没有训练有素的⼯程师或设计师。
也不是因为他们钱花光了，没有完成最终的设计。
No, it all comes back to purpose.

Disneyland is built to entertain tourists. It is designed to achieve its purpose.
This launchpad is designed to launch the rocket /shuttle into space.
迪斯尼乐园，是为娱乐游客⽽建的，它的设计是为了实现其⽬的。
⽽发射台，是为了把⽕箭（航天⻜机）发射到太空⽽设计的。
So, it doesn't care about what it looks like because it’s a launch pad. It’s success is measured by
whether that rocket gets launched safely.

全发射。
In the same way, as a church we are about launching you into the purposes of God.
同样，作为⼀个教会，我们的⽬标是把⼈们“送⼊”上帝的旨意中。
We’re not about providing a Disneyland environment for your entertainment.
我们不是要为⼈们提供⼀个迪斯尼乐园式的娱乐环境。
This illustration doesn’t mean that our church buildings need to be ugly. After all, we want to create
irresistible environments to help you invite your friends to services and events.
这个例⼦并不意味着我们的教会建筑必须是丑陋的。毕竟，我们希望创造出让⼈⽆法抗拒的环
境，帮助你邀请朋友参加聚会和活动。
Everything we do is designed to provide irresistible environments that will help you invite others, and
to train and release you into the world as a mature follower of Jesus.

为成熟的耶稣跟随者，⾛向世界。

UNIVERSITIES
⼤学
Universities are places of learning. It can be a brilliant time in life. I spent 7 years of my life studying in
universities and seminaries.
⼤学是学习的地⽅，它可能是⼈⽣中⼀段辉煌的时光。我在⼤学和神学院学习了 7 年。
The whole purpose of a university should be to prepare students for a career in their path of learning.
What if it misplaced that purpose and tried to get students to stay?
⼤学的全部⽬的应该是为学⽣未来从事各种职业所做的的学习预备。
如果⼤学错失了这⼀⽬的，⼜怎能希望留住学⽣呢？
Ultimately, it’s failed its mission.
最终，它就没有完成⾃⼰的使命。
Sure, some students will learn and stay to be lecturers. But, success for the university shouldn’t be
measured by the number of students it has but ultimately by the impact it makes in the years to come
by their graduates – outside of the university. If that happens, the university knows it achieved its
mission to equip people for those careers.
当然，有些学⽣会学有所成，留下来当讲师。但是，衡量⼤学成功与否的标准不应该是学⽣的
数量，⽽最终应该是毕业⽣在未来⼏年⾥对⼤学以外产⽣的影响。如果出现这种情况，⼤学就
知道⾃⼰完成了培养⼈才从事这些职业的使命。
In the same way, as a church we need to equip you to grow in faith and life, and experience more of
the flourishing life Jesus invites us into. It’s not about keeping you in the building. It’s not measured
by how many people attend a service or how good that service might be. Instead, it’s about the
impact you make in your home, in your place of learning, in your workplace, in your neighbourhood.
How are we helping you reach out to your family, friends and colleagues. That’s something we want
to ensure we do well because it is part of the mission of Jesus.
同样，作为教会，我们需要装备你们，让你们在信仰和⽣命中成⻓，更多地经历耶稣邀请我们
进⼊的丰盛⽣命。这不是为了让⼈们留在教堂⾥。这不是以有多少⼈参加聚会、或聚会有多好
来衡量的。相反，这关系到你在家中、在学习场所、在⼯作场所、在邻⾥所产⽣的影响。我们
如何帮助你与家⼈、朋友和同事建⽴关系，这是我们要确保做好的事情，因为这是耶稣使命的
⼀部分。

NUCLEAR FAMILY
核⼼家庭
This is a wonderful picture of a nuclear family. Mum, Dad, and two kids.
这是⼀幅美好的核⼼家庭图⽚：妈妈、爸爸和两个孩⼦。
And church IS about whānau.
⽽教会就是关于家庭的。
But the church is more of an extended and messy family than a pseudo perfect nuclear family.
但教会更像是⼀个混乱的⼤家庭，⽽不是⼀个偏完美的核⼼家庭。
One of our problems in church is when we treat it like a nuclear family rather than an extended
family.
我们在教会中的⼀个问题是，我们把教会当作⼀个核⼼家庭，⽽不是⼀个⼤家庭。
If we believe it is this (nuclear), we begin to assume we all need to be under the same roof; attend
the same service; that we all need to be know what is happening in everybody’s life.
如果我们是这样的想法（核⼼家庭），我们就会开始假设，我们需要在同⼀个屋檐下，参加同
⼀场礼拜，我们需要知道每个⼈的⽣活中发⽣了什么。
But when children grow up, they leave and start their own families.

Inherent in each child is a dream to grow up – and do something.
每个孩⼦⼼中都有⼀个梦想，那就是⻓⼤成⼈，成就⼀番事业。
Have you noticed this?

Ask a child what their dreams are. It will always entail some incredible thing. They assume that they
won’t be home when they do it.
问问孩⼦他们的梦想是什么？他们的梦想总会有⼀些不可思议的事情。他们假定⾃⼰做这些事

I love hearing the dreams my children have. Arwen is in her final year at school and thinking a lot
about her future. She has dreams for singing and acting. Inherent in that dream is not living at home.
She loves me. I love her deeply.
我喜欢听孩⼦们讲述他们的梦想。亚玟（Arwen）现在是学校的最后⼀年，她对⾃⼰的未来充

But as a parent, my role is to ensure that she steps into a God-given dream and equip her into that
space.

As parents, we expect our children to step out of home at some point and pursue their own dream.
That’s healthy.
作为⽗⺟，我们期望我们的孩⼦在某个时候⾛出家⻔，追逐⾃⼰的梦想。

That might mean that will meet someone. Marry. Have their own families
这可能意味着他们会遇到某个⼈，结婚，拥有⾃⼰的家庭。
Bottom line - It’s natural for them to leave with their own dreams – not stay under the same roof for
the rest of their lives.
总归，孩⼦带着⾃⼰的梦想离开是很⾃然的，⽽不是⼀辈⼦呆在同⼀个屋檐下。
It’s the same for church.
教会也是如此。
The mission Jesus gave us requires us to think of ourselves not as a nuclear family but as an extended
growing family where we expect people to be moving, stepping out into their God-given dreams. To
begin new families / churches across our city.
耶稣赋予我们的使命，要求教会不要把⾃⼰看作是⼀个核⼼家庭，⽽是⼀个不断成⻓的⼤家
庭。在我们的城市⾥不断建⽴新的家庭（教会）。
As we talk about vision, we need to ensure that it always connects to purpose.
当我们谈论异象时，我们需要确保异象总是与⽬的相关联。
It’s so easy to have a vision for our own lives that is so far away from the purpose Jesus has for our
lives.
我们很容易对⾃⼰的⽣活加⼊愿景，⽽这种愿景与耶稣为我们设定的⽣活⽬标相去甚远。
Here are examples of dreams or a vision you might have for your life:
● a beautiful home
● a title next to your name
● a particular appearance
● a way retirement will look
● …

● 退休后的模样
It’s not that any of these things are wrong. But if any of these become the driving purpose of our
success – Jesus has strong things to say. Like…

耶稣就会有严厉的批评。⽐如...
If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it./ Matthew
10:39

Too many of us clutch on to a vision, a dream, that is at odds with the way of Jesus. When we do, we
miss out on the greatest of adventures.
我们当中有太多⼈紧紧抓住与耶稣之道相悖的愿景和梦想。当我们这样做时，我们就错过了最
伟⼤的冒险旅程。
We don't always connect mission and vision to the very place God has already placed us – where we
work, where we live, the relationships around us. None of this is random. God has placed you there,
doing what you’re doing, rather than waddling back to the farm. He wants you to soar. He has a
mission in mind for you where you won’t be simply clapping at the stories of others, you will have
your own adventures to tell.
我们并不总是把使命和愿景与上帝已经安置我们的地⽅联系起来，我们⼯作的地⽅、我们⽣活
的地⽅、我们的⼈际关系。这⼀切都不是偶然的。上帝把你安置在那⾥，你就做正在做的事情
，⽽不是蹒跚地回到农场。祂希望你翱翔天际，祂为你安排了⼀项使命，在那⾥，你不会只是
简单地为他⼈的故事⿎掌，你将有⾃⼰的冒险故事要讲。
So, what do we see as we look to the next five years?
展望未来五年，我们看到了什么？
On your seats, we have a card showing 5 areas of focus over the next five years.

We have dubbed this our Multiply Vision .
我们称之为“倍增”异象。
I affectively call it our M5 Vision – 5 areas of focus over 5 years.

I’ll unpack these a little later but I want to focus in on the big picture of multiply.

I have to be honest. At first, I had some cringe to the idea of multiply . There is a weariness in me
about empire building, a fear of institutions, people simply moving from church to church. None of
that interests us.
⽼实说。起初，我对“倍增”这个概念有些抵触，⼤型建筑、⼈们从这间教会到那间教会，我们
对这些都不感兴趣。
At the same time, I can’t deny that the theme of multiply flows through the biblical narrative.
● Right in the creation account in Genesis, we’re told to fill the earth. Multiplying
● With Abraham – we read that his offspring would be like sand on the seashore. Multiplying.
● The call of Israel to be a blessing to the whole earth. Multiplying.
● Jesus told story after story about the ways seed multiply to produce a crop thirty, sixty, one
hundred times what was sown.
● The book of Acts shows the multiplication of churches as the gospel is heard all over the
known world of that time, the result of rapid deployment and church planting on a growing
scale.
● All this comes right back to this great commission we saw earlier to ‘make disciples of all
nations.’

But, how does this work out for each of us?

For many of us, this might look big and grand – but what does it mean for me personally?

Bottom line - every movement begins with one ordinary person experiencing new life with Jesus.
From that one person, there is the ability for gospel multiplication to occur.

从这⼀个⼈开始，福⾳就有能⼒倍增。
I love the way Jesus used another picture to describe this.
我喜欢耶稣⽤另⼀幅图画来描述这⼀点。
Jesus stood and shouted to the crowds, “Anyone who is thirsty may come to me! Anyone who
believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from
his heart.’” (When he said “living water,” he was speaking of the Spirit, who would be given to
everyone believing in him...)/ John 7:37-39
节期的最后⼀天，就是最隆重的那⼀天，耶稣站着⾼声说：“⼈若渴了，可以到我这⾥来喝！
信我的⼈，就像圣经所说的，从他的腹中要涌流出活⽔的江河来。”他这话是指着信他的⼈要
接受圣灵说的...... （约7:37-39）
It's a picture of a spring of water. The good news of Jesus is like drinking living water. It’s the drink we
reach for on a hot day that satisfies.
这是⼀幅泉⽔图。耶稣的好消息就像是饮⽤活⽔，它是我们在炎热的⽇⼦⾥可以得到满⾜的饮
品。
Did you notice the two things Jesus says here about this living water?
First, he says ‘this water of life is for you.’
你注意到耶稣在这⾥说的关于活⽔的两件事了吗？
⾸先，祂说“这⽣命之⽔是给你们的”。
Anyone who is thirsty may come to me! Anyone who believes in me may come and drink!/ John 7:37
⼈若渴了，可以到我这⾥来喝！（约7:37）
The first thing he says is this is available to you. You drink it!
祂说的第⼀句话就是，你可以喝这个，喝了它！
You might not yet know Jesus in this kind of way. The good news is this offer is for you. Right now. All
you need is to respond to him and say ‘Yes, I receive Jesus.’ Jesus wants to offer spiritual life and
renewal.
你可能还没有以这种⽅式认识耶稣。好消息是，这是给你的，就是现在，你只需要回应祂，说
‘是的，我接受耶稣’。耶稣想要提供给你属灵的⽣命和更新。
But notice that Jesus doesn’t stop with an invite for you to have your own spiritual thirst met.

He doesn’t just say ‘come to me and I will fill you up.’ Rather, he says ‘come to me and I will make you
fountains:

“…Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.’” (When he said “living water,” he was speaking of
the Spirit, who would be given to everyone believing in him…)/ John 7:38-39 NLT
从他的腹中要涌流出活⽔的江河来。”他这话是指着信他的⼈要接受圣灵说的...... （约7:38-39）
The idea is that he places a bubbling spring of resources in your life that are meant to be shared with
others.
这个概念的意思是，祂在你的⽣命中注⼊了⼀股汩汩流淌的资源之泉，旨在与他⼈分享。
This spring comes from the Holy Spirit who indwells in the life of every believer.
这股泉⽔来⾃圣灵，祂住在每个信徒的⽣命中。
You might feel like you don't have the resources needed to accomplish the mission. According to
Jesus, the Spirit provides all that is needed.
你可能会觉得⾃⼰没有完成使命所需的资源。耶稣说，圣灵会提供⼀切所需。
In fact, when you look at the story of the early church in the book of Acts – it had zero buildings, zero
money. Jesus had just left them. Peter, the designed leader of the group had even denied knowing
Jesus 40 days earlier. Another one of their leaders who sold Jesus out for coin was so distraught about
he did that took his own life. Some of the other leaders just 6 weeks earlier were bickering about
which of them was the greatest.
事实上，当你看使徒⾏传中早期教会的故事，他们没有建筑物，没有资⾦。耶稣刚刚离开他

In other words, this was still a broken group. On the surface, they looked unprepared. No resources.
They had a clear mission from Jesus. Some training. They had the Holy Spirit. Jesus used these broken
ordinary people – ie people like you and me -- to achieve his mission.

It’s important to highlight this again:

Across our nation, across our world – there are lots of stories that highlight the brokenness of the
Church. When some hear these stories, they give up on church. They stop attending.

But when you read the NT, and when you read history, you find that the church has always been a
story of brokenness. But it is a place where God loves to shine the beauty of His grace. And remind us
that this is His work – not ours. We wear this grace with us everywhere we go. We point people to His
Kingdom in all we say and do.

Jesus uses the illustration of water. Let’s imagine this water bottle is the living water Jesus speaks
about.

Someone down the end of this row needs this living water. X at the end of this row is in need. He/she
may not need it. But he/she is thirsty.

The mission of Jesus is not about filling services for the sake of it. It’s not about transferring people
from one church to another! That’s not success. Instead it’s about a movement of the gospel that
involves all of us looking outward to others – to ensure that they can drink the living water.

Australasian based research says it typically takes 10-12 links in that chain for someone to come to
faith.

Effectively, we are a chain that gets this water to him. It might be sharing a book, a story, letting
people know what you did on the weekend….

So, let me speak to the 2/3rs majority who find this hard:

Don’t overcomplicate it.
Make the ask.

You don’t have to rehearse speeches. Instead, when someone asks you what you did on the weekend
– include ‘I went to along to my church.’ What church? Gracecity. Hey, do you want to come along
sometime?

Then pause. Allow them to let you know where they are. Listen. Too often, we keep speaking because

If they have a question, realise those questions are opportunities to engage. The better you

reading. If they do, find a book like Reason for God by Timothy Keller. We can help you with ideas for
books.

Perhaps you think that people aren’t interested. After all, the narrative we often here is that we are a
secular culture that cares nothing about spiritual ideas.

Interesting, the faith and belief study came out November last year. It’s a study published every 5
years.

Here are some findings:
● 81% of participants resonate with some form of spiritual belief. The idea that we have moved
on from spirituality is just not true.
● Gen Z is more likely to attend if they were invited to a weekend service by a family member of
friend. Here’s the data that came through:

Asking people how they are going. Responding with care and invites. Bringing a meal.
A team here even provides pre-made meals you can take with you to others.

This is something we can all be involved in.

So, let me unpack some of the things on this card, realising a lot of this will be unpacked more in the
next five years.

Multiplying Disciples
Everyone at Gracecity is discipling others to Jesus and with Jesus.

This includes evangelism – all of us inviting others as links in their chain to faith.

We are all links to helping each other follow Jesus and allow our lives to become more like his.
All of us are getting discipled by somebody out there. It might be Media. School. Movies. Work
culture. It is either moulding us into the image of Jesus or away from the image of Jesus.

We’re very intentional about how we’re doing this for our next generation of children and youth.
We do this in partnership with parents. Ultimately Christian parenting is a discipleship task.

It’s something we do with each other. When you step in to serve in a ministry here, you are part of a

Multiplying Groups
Groups at Gracecity are growing and new groups are being formed.

A group of researches tracked the lives of 7000 people in California over a nine-year period. What
they found is pretty interesting:
● People with weak relational connections were three times more likely to die than those with
strong relational connections.
● People who had bad health habits like smoking and eating the wrong kinds of food, but had
strong relational ties lived significantly longer than people who had great health habits but
lived more isolated lives.

Community helps us. None of us has all the gifts. We all need each other.

In our church life survey, you told us that one of the biggest priorities you wanted us to have this year
was increasing belonging.

One of the best ways to grow in our sense of belonging is being part of a small group.

We need to be a church of small groups, not just a church with small groups. We want to ensure there
are places and spaces where people know each other and are known by each other.

So many hear the need for community but think you are exception. But Jesus designed us to be in
community. We need to step into a way of life where we are around discipling others and being
discipled by others.

Our plan is that these groups don't’ just provide some help for those in the group – but are also
intentionally looking outward. The plan is that these groups would multiply over time – ensuring
there is always a seat at the table for everyone in our church community.

Our group leaders meet each term. Each of them now have a coach providing care and support to
them as well. We want to ensure that the way everything works here is in the context of

Multiplying Leaders
Every leader is developing healthy leaders for the present and future

We don't want a church culture where 20% serves the 80%, but a place where new leaders are
trained to take leadership both in church and in society. Where it’s common place for each leader to
have a deputy leader/ an apprentice being trained.

To achieve our multiply mission, we are going to need to raise up a lot of new leaders over these next
5 years.

Maybe Jesus is tapping you on the shoulder about that.

We are an outward facing church because we believe that Jesus was an outward focused person. We
work hard to be a church that people who don’t like church might feel like they have a home here. We
want to be a church for people that have questions, doubts. For people that say ‘I’m in a messy
situation. I’m in a blended family. I don’t have the answers. But I feel like I’m able to explore what it
looks like to follow Jesus with these issues and with these questions… “

We want people to know that we are for the city. We’re here to work and pray for its flourishing. We
have wonderful partnerships with Auckland Church Network, our global partners, local missions. You
will hear more about these in the weeks to come.

We announced this last year and are working to launch a new church location this time next year.

We believe planting should be a natural part of living our the mission of Jesus to make disciples of all
nations.

So, we’re seeking to become a big little church – the resources of big and the feel of little. Ensuring
we are looking out for new people who don’t know Jesus, and who are close enough to each other
geographically.

Remember the geese in the barn – the geese that had become domesticated. The funny thing is that
each season wild geese will fly over the barn on their own adventures. When the geese fly over –
honking in their path – the domesticated geese on the ground start to make the same noises and
begin flapping their wings… As the tame geese see their cousins above them, it’s like the vision of
their wild cousins awakens their memories and instincts somewhere about what they were made to
do….
还记得农场⾥的家鹅吗？有趣的是，每个季节野鹅都会⻜过农场，开始它们⾃⼰的冒险。当野

Maybe today’s message is like hearing wild geese flying overhead and you want to do more than
simply honk and flap your wings. You want to fly!

What do you do?

At Gracecity, we always want to take the next step.

● It may be a person Jesus has brought to mind that he wants you to invite. You’re a link in the
chain. You’re committing yourself to pray for them. To invite. If that’s you – take a stand.
● It might be you will find out more about groups. If that’s you - …
● It might be time to find out how to serve.
● It might be time to put your hand up for leadership training?
● It might be a prompting for a new initiative, for a new plant?
● It might be that you want to surrender yourself to Jesus – today, you’re taking the defining
step to follow him.
● It might be that today you are saying to Jesus ‘use me anew.’
● If that’s you – if Jesus is nudging you in any of these ways – stand as a demonstration that you
are a committing to take another step, a new step towards what Jesus has in mind.
● 如果今天你感觉到耶稣在对你说话，我⿎励你站起来，我希望很多⼈都能这样做。
